Eyelett: Open species!

Description

An Eyelett is a small eye-like creature about three inches in diameter. Their tentacles are usually five inches in length, but can be much longer! They come in a very wide variety of colors and patterns, so be creative!

They float and can usually say a few basic words ("Hello," "hungry," etc). Their voices are very distorted, though, and some owners keep their Eyeletts from learning words because they consider it to be creepy. They can be created with or without eyelids. Sometimes Eyeletts with eyelids often (but not always) grow eyelashes.

When an Eyelett is first created, it will only have one, thick tentacle. As it ages, it will split into thinner and thinner tentacles. The tentacles will rarely have small shapes attached to the ends of them, be it stars or balls or even more tentacles! Many owners like to add accessories to their Eyeletts (Bows, piercings, etc).

Eyeletts can be created with mutations such as a shaped pupil (uncommon), a horn or two or three (uncommon), a second or third or forth iris/pupil (rare), sideways eyelids (rare), or even no iris/pupil at all (very rare)! There are still many mutations that haven't been discovered yet, so keep your eyes open! (A note: You cannot create undiscovered mutations without my permission!)

Species rules:
Eyeletts are sexless. They can lean towards one gender or another or have relationships, but they cannot breed.
Only I can make Eyeletts with very rare traits unless I've given express permission.
You cannot sell an Eyelett design for currency (gifts/character trades/etc are alright).
Credit me! Don't claim this species is your own!
It's not required, but it'd be really nice if you would join/contribute to EyelettHaven!

Thank you! uvu//

Could there be a thing where two eyeletts are attached by one tentacle? (Not like the adopt you did but more like this: i.ytimg.com/vi/4yZC1inesPY/max…
